Awarded to the 2014 American Challenger Cup Ranking Leader
Award presented to the American poker player who finishes in first position in the Challenger Cup in the American region. The Challenger Cup rewards poker players who excel in tournaments whose buy-ins are less than $2,000 USD.
The Global Poker Index Challenger Cup seeks to find the best player from America that excels in lower buy-in tournaments. All points accumulated in events with a buy-in lower than $2,000 USD will count towards a player’s score at the end of the season. The 2014 Challenger Cup race runs between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014.
This is the inaugural season for the GPI Challenger Cup.
